Thanksgiving is not about Pilgrims or turkeys. For me, it has always been about family and appreciation of what we have. In that light, I’d like to share a few thoughts.

It’s been quite a year. Twelve months ago, I was fresh off of two races. I was in great shape and the office was packed with new work. I never expected that the blister on my toe would put my entire life on hold, leave me alternately crippled and at times half blind. So, this Thanksgiving sees my priorities reassigned and realigned.

I am thankful to have friends. When you lose your way, it’s good have people you can rely upon. I am ever so thankful for my family. My son kept me going on any given day and my parents and my brother provided support in so many ways.

I am thankful for my customers. I appreciate the income that you provide to us, of course. That you trust us, is most important to me. You allow us to solve your problems. Talking with all of you this past year, reminds me how valuable our time is.

Looking to the year ahead, we have new products and we have improved products. We are busy once again. I have already shared some of the new changes. More are coming and they really are exciting. Our new email and HIPPA/GLBA compliant mail is already changing things. We are migrating to more powerful servers. We have a new entry level hosting plan. I’m excited by these changes. I hope you will be too.

For today, this moment. I am thankful for you. Have a wonderful thanksgiving. Trust me. I have a lot to share with you, but right now, you’ll have to wait. Happy Thanksgiving.
